| Closed tube station | Solution |
|
We are all used to seeing Eastern European place names with an excess of consonants and too few vowels but English also has its moments. There's a street in London with a tube station that closed in 1994 that has only one vowel and six consonants in a row. What is it?
Once you have figured it out and looked at the answer maybe you would like to think of more place names with this many consecutive consonants. If you do, let us know. |
