Sometimes all you need is a day. A day to juice up your creative capacity, or a day to take a troubling issue or question into new territory and perspectives. We lead two flavours of Daybreak: Paul Birch uses creativity techniques to play and experiment with traditional, non-traditional and decidedly off-the wall ways of innovating and problem solving. Chrissie Godfrey uses Otto Scharmer’s “Theory U” to take people beyond the traditional “downloading” and implementing of old problem solving strategies, and towards connecting with a deep, essential “rightness” of what is needed in a situation.
