Teams need unpressured time in a comfortable space to do meaningful work on developing the team’s potential.
What we do will depends on you, but ideally we like to work with teams in a retreat-style for a number of one or two day events. Our approach is light touch but doesn’t fudge difficult issues, and can include:
  • Energising, playful activities to build team insights and trust
  • Facilitated discussions to surface and address team issues
  • Small group or pairs work to deepen understanding of particular situations
  • Practical tools and approaches to making changes at an individual and team level
Individuals will learn how they are responsible for the whole team experience, and decide how they intend to change that in the future for themselves and for the business. Team members will develop effective interpersonal skills to help sustain an effective, nourishing team ethos. Teams may also benefit from one of Visionjuice’s unique Re-source group programmes, in particular Re-source Retreat and Re-source Intensive.
