A unique two-day programme to help people manage change in an era of increasing uncertainty.
They will be enabled to:
- develop a positive psychology for work and life
- let go of self limiting habits and beliefs
- build stronger relationships
- expand possibilities and choices
- make decisions that matter
- drive positive change, both inner and outer
It is for those who are re-assessing priorities and direction, facing difficult choices, or wanting to kick start change. It could be part of their development at work, or simply part of their own personal development.
The Art of Change is delivered as two one-day small group workshops with a 3 to 4 week gap, plus a 1:1 coaching session. It provides a simple and highly practical change “toolkit” for lifelong use at work and at home. Led by experienced facilitators, the Art of Change is now in its eighth year.
