Carolyn’s story:
(On coaching as part of a leadership development programme) The coaching has been really useful for me as I am in a situation (not uncommon) where there is very little opportunity to discuss my personal professional development, plus came at just the right time for me – during a period of great organisational change and uncertainty. It has reinforced the importance of taking time to be reflective, not just myself but also ensuring my team are given time to think things through – this is not a luxury it’s a necessity.
