Phil’s story:
(On facilitation of a senior management team and whole team development programme) It has helped me understand what motivates others and how I can change my own style of management to be more effective at interacting and managing team members and other work colleagues. Following one particular session, the team was transformed in terms of communicating better with each other and also understanding what motivates and drives individuals much better.
