Visionjuice - Steve's Story

Steve’s story: Paul’s style in relation to coaching has been nothing short of brilliant. I like his informal style, the willingness not to paint a picture of how we will get to the destination, just identifying where we are and where we want to be by the end of the session. I like the mix of "pure" coaching and the occasional anecdotal stories that emphasise a point, and the occasional "why don't you try this?" approach. The impact for me has been wide spread - some subtle changes to behaviour, words I have used and the approach I have taken with my own team. It has also helped me clarify organisational and personal visions, making the right strategic decisions to take my organisation in the direction I think it needs to go.
