Sara’s story: The fact that the coaching has made me more considered and aware of my actions (and the actions of those around me) has had a big impact on us as a small organisation. I feel I am able to manage staff better than ever before and I try to bring some of the techniques I have learnt with Chrissie to my own working with colleagues. Being able to take time away from the organisation and focus on issues that were impacting on it and me as both a person and a leader was incredibly important for me. There have been several issues regarding the development of the organisation that I feel I have been able to look at with a clearer view. The coaching I received didn’t feel like airy-fairy new age nonsense, it was based on looking at personal experience and unlocking my own knowledge to focus on issues I felt were affecting me.
