Tracey’s story: When the email arrived at work, I knew I needed to do it. I didn’t know what expectations I had of it, actually. I wanted it to be spiritual, and it was, but it probably would have been anyway because I was doing it. I wanted it to be practical, which it was. I wanted it to answer all my questions which it didn’t – absolutely correctly. It just opened a whole new bag of other ones! Paul and Chrissie create a space, don’t they? They create the energy, they create the space, it’s about their care and their truth about it. They know it works. They have developed it through their own experiences and training they have had, and ideas they have brought together in a system that works, and they are the result of it. You get what you get from them just by being in the same space as them which is that sense of calm. What has shifted for me? Oh – everything. Everything. Doing that course was me jump starting a process of wanting to change. I wanted to leave my job but didn’t know which direction to go. The result of doing the programme is just that I AM more creative and there was a playfulness and an honesty about everything I wanted to be, and so I’ve changed, I’ve shifted. I mean I’ve left my job, that’s changed, but it’s not just that, it’s the bigger shift in me, being more playful in my life. Return to the list of clients' stories
